For 55 years, Woman’s
Suburban Democratic Club has been an integral part of Montgomery County Maryland's proud tradition of activism and reform. Eleanor
Roosevelt spoke to our club at its first luncheon in 1957. Since then, we've offered women (and men)
lively exchanges with leading politicians, authors, academics, journalists and policy makers, as well as opportunities for
political activism on the local, state and national levels.
